This am started with a warm up of running and 10mins stretching and 10 mins shadow boxing.
3x3mins on bags with 30pushups when time is called.
3x3mins on pads (which today seemed to be very cardio and conditioning based machine gun kicks, knees, elbows, speed punching and more and more! Luckily I only had to do 10 push ups in between these rounds.
150 kicks on the bag
20 mins of clinching
10 mins shadow boxing

(Sorry if I disappear in some footage but the camera was placed on the floor) but you can still hear me winge! I must confess out if all of the training I've ever done with Tiger last year and recently today was the hardest. Apart from my training with my Thai Coach Justin, these are the only guys who can push me to the point of failure! I went back for the 4pm class thinking it would be a different fornat and it was repeated as above but with a 20min run at the end! (The running I love!, there's something about the sweating in the heat and when you stop the endorphin rush is amazing!.... Then you sweat some more!
Overall a fantastic hard training day!
