My workouts were 2.5hrs long x twice a day, 6 days per week. I drank 4 litres of water per day with electrolytes and ate clean every day with exception of 1 cheat meal at the end of each week.
Here's an example of what is clean and portion sizes... I'm now doing this all over again for the next 4 weeks! The first pic shows 3 of my meals in one... I would normally spread these over half a day. 1. Oats and fresh pineapple/watermelon and banana with yogurt 2. Protein shake post workout 3. Scrambled eggs or omelette for lunch! I would also probably have another protein shake in late afternoon.
