This weeks 'Rhino' Express Workout!
Set 1 - Step ups on high platform
3x20reps (30secs rest)
Set 2 - Alt Thai Kicks on Pads (30secs)
Followed by fast low step ups (30secs)
(30secs rest) repeat for 2 more sets
Set 3 - High Thai Knees on Upright Bosu x 20reps followed by Squat Thrusts x20 reps - no rest and repeat for 18,16,14...etc down to 2.
Set 4 - Bunny hops over reebok step box x 10reps followed by 10 x Single leg squats on Left Leg, then x 10 on the Right (no rest) repeat x 2 more times
Set 5 - Roundhouse knees x 20 reps on each side (no rest) repeat x 2 more times
Set 6 - Leg raises with ball x 10 reps followed by alt elbow to knee crunches x 10 reps and finally normal crunches x 10 reps (no rest) Repeat x 2 more times
Always Cool down and stretch off!
