I have been in training for a boxing match up until recently, but my opponent was injured so she has pulled out. For the next couple of months I will be concentrating on Training for Fitness and fun, in the gym, as well as boxing and Muay Thai, this is because I am in the process of selling my house and starting afresh.... I am sure there will be some training holidays coming up very soon :O)

On the Pink Mission front... I thought I would start off this year by sharing my Pink Machine 10 Minute Plank. Last Year I was aiming for a 10 minute plank and due to a Virus and thyroid illness I had only reached 9 Minutes. Since December I have been working my way backup, and here you go!... Next target is 15 Minutes
