Did some great technique work with a Muay Thaii fighter Fedorico, great sparring with some ladies followed by knee/clinch sparring with Fedorico again. The session finished with 300 kicks on the bags and 30 pull ups (I had to do overhand grip which was hard so only managed 28... 10,8,5 and 5. The standard warm down of 200 push-ups and 300 sit-ups.
Stuck to just the one session today and took and afternoon of rest, rehydration, Thai Massage and recovery.
